Course 3. The Tracker Mentoring Manual – Invertebrates of Southern Africa and their Tracks & Signs is designed for you if you are fascinated with the “small things” or simply don’t know where to begin in your journey of understanding the ecological relationships, tracks, and signs of creatures without a spine, a.k.a. invertebrates.
Based on Lee Gutteridge’s book of similar name (required, sold separately), Lee and Kersey Lawrence developed this course to contrast, compliment, and help you to recognize and understand this fascinating micro-world.
The course includes a digital download of The Tracker Mentoring Manual – Mammals of Southern Africa and their Tracks & Signs.
Extra benefits of enrolling in the course include membership in the private Facebook group and the Tracker Mentoring eLearning centre. There, you will find bonus materials (journal templates, species lists, etc.), first access to newly documented tracks and signs, and a community of peers undertaking the same journey.
The course is mentored online and through social media by Lee Gutteridge and Kersey Lawrence, who are both Senior Trackers and Evaluators of trackers with CyberTracker Conservation, the international “Gold Standard” for wildlife tracker training and certification.
Not included: Either the eBook or the printed version of the book, Invertebrates of Southern Africa and their Tracks & Signs, by Lee Gutteridge (required, links to the distributors are in our shop, for your convenience).
You will need access to the internet to participate in the course.
